Client: Big Fish Foundation
Big Fish Foundation designs events for Veterans to reconnect with a community, grow their skill set to apply it in the ‘civilian’ world, and utilize these to continue pursuing their desire to serve in the capacity they’re needed and feel fulfilled in.
I work with Big Fish as the Media and Messaging Manager. In this role, I develop brand and language guidelines, shape the messaging strategy across various platforms, and create content for their primary social media channels. I also collaborate closely with our small team to ensure all communications are aligned, cohesive, and performing effectively.

Social Media Management
I created and designed a new monthly campaign/series titled "Adventuring Like A FreeSpirit" for the brand. The goal was to increase brand visibility by incorporating the brand name more regularly, fostering a sense of community, and raising awareness. Additionally, the campaign aimed to promote conscious outdoor recreation. This initiative resulted in a 33% increase in shares.
In collaboration with the marketing team, we developed a new campaign titled "Healthy Campers" which would be primarily focused on social media, blogs and email. This campaign was designed to span into the health and wellness aspect of camping and time in nature. The first blog was focused on an influencer the brand had a relationship with.
